Reservations
We’re now able to take reservations for our bar table seating. Perfect for book clubs, date nights, or a girls’ night out—we can accommodate groups of up to 16 guests.
Due to our limited seating, we’re introducing a minimum spend requirement for private reservations to ensure we can continue hosting these gatherings for our community.
Minimums are as follows:
Parties of 2–4: $40 (1 table)
Parties of 5–8: $80 (2 tables)
Parties of 9–12: $120 (3 tables)
Parties of 13–16: $160 (4 tables)
This minimum can be met with any combination of bar items, books, or retail purchases. A credit card will be required at the time of booking, but nothing will be charged. We’ll give you a quick call the day before your reservation to confirm your final headcount—this number will determine your minimum spend. If the minimum is not met during your visit, the remaining balance will be charged to the card on file.
This is only for private reservations, not the ticketed events we do.
We love being a gathering space for book lovers and truly appreciate your understanding as we put this in place to help us continue offering Bookworm & Vine for your meetings and events.
As a reminder, Bookworm & Vine is first and foremost a bookstore, so we do our best to keep the atmosphere peaceful for readers and shoppers. For that reason, we may not be the best fit for louder gatherings, children’s parties, or game nights.

Please note that children are only allowed in the bar area from 10-4 and must sit at a table and be accompanied by an adult at all times. Must be 21 to sit at the actual bar. Thanks for your attention to this!
